ADDICTION

Gamblers Anonymous Support Meeting

Twelve-step meeting for people who think they have a gambling problem. Gamblers Anonymous is a worldwide organization committed to help compulsive gamblers.

Overeaters Anonymous

Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength and hope, are recovering from compulsive overeating. We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively.

Grief Recovery Program - Moving Beyond Loss to a Richer Quality of Life

Facilitated by John Monnin, M.Ed.

Grief is a normal and natural reaction to loss. This 11-week program will guide those who wish to resolve their loss. Program is free to the community.

Who am I?

Grief challenges us to take a new look at our roles in life. In this six-week program you will
rediscover personal interests, explore new opportunities, and identify support systems
and tools to help you through. Come and brainstorm, share and discover new ideas and
resources with the group. The group is recommended for those who have experienced a loss no less than 6 months ago. There will be independent assignments most weeks.

Caregiver’s Club

Facilitated by Brighton Gardens and Caring Tree Senior Care
When did I become the parent? Come to this enlightening support group for those individuals who are faced with the challenges of overseeing a parent or spouse through their senior years. This group will focus on expert advice and the sharing of ideas on coping with the stresses of caregiving. You are not alone! Light lunch provided.

Better Breathers Club
